Atria - 2025 Done and Dusted
A quick look back at what we shipped in 2025, and what we’re focusing on in 2026.

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to share a quick recap of what we shipped this year, and a sneak peak into the future.
This year, we put a big focus on the stuff that actually matters day-to-day: performance, usability, security and reliability.
Everyone like’s statistics - Here’s how we got on this year.
- 5 major releases (with the occasional hotfix) to keep Atria evolving.
- 2472+ development tasks closed - An increase of over 600 from last year. Not all changes are visible, but we have some exciting work in the pipeline!
- Our new UI released for feedback - Our new user inteface was introduced for Service Providers to help us shape the future inteface.
Before we dive into what’s next, let’s look at some of the key improvements we’ve made this year.
A more refined user experience
We continued to iterate on the modern UI introduced in earlier versions. Across multiple releases, the interface became cleaner, more consistent, and easier to navigate. Small usability refinements and improved defaults added up to a noticeably smoother experience for administrators.
Workspace evolution
Workspace remained a key area of focus throughout the year. Foundational changes introduced in 15.27 were followed by performance improvements and reliability enhancements in later releases. Searching, tagging, and managing workspace items became faster and more predictable, helping teams organize and provision resources with greater confidence.
Microsoft Online Improvements
Our Microsoft Online integrations saw several important enhancements, including the introduction of Direct Connect for Microsoft 365. This allowed tenants to be connected directly without requiring a Partner Center relationship. Alongside this, syncing reliability and performance improvements made licensing and subscription management more responsive and dependable.
Security and provisioning enhancements
Security and provisioning workflows continued to improve throughout the year. We went back to the drawing board on how Atria integrates with Active Directory and have written a new management structure from the ground up. Security permissions are drastically reduced across the board, following Zero Trust Model.
Dashboard Improvements
Link external data sources, create specific dashboards for individual clients or Resellers, and extend reporting to a new level with custom solutions that meet your requirements.
Stability and Reliability Improvements
A lot of the work this year was the unglamorous stuff: fixes, edge cases, and reliability improvements across syncing, APIs, UI consistency, Workspace data handling, and Microsoft Online. It doesn’t make for flashy screenshots, but it’s the reason the platform feels solid when you’re using it every day.
Looking Ahead
Going into 2026, our focus stays simple:
- Ongoing UI refinements driven by customer feedback
- Continued investment in Workspace as a foundation for automation and extensibility
- Make sweeping changes to Microsoft Online - Fixing Sync Errors and licensing woes.
- A strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security across the platform
We’re also kicking off an Early Insight Program - a small group of partners who want a closer look at what we’re building next.
If you’re interested in joining you’ll see ideas and in‑development features earlier, and you’ll be able to tell us what’s working (and what isn’t) before anything lands in a stable release. We’re looking to have individual feedback sessions with clients on a regular basis, with our product and development team to go over what we are working on, and how we can make this suit our customers better. Get access to our internal demo environments to test the solutions before you see them in the release notes.
It’s basically a look behind the curtain - and a way for us to build with real-world feedback, not assumptions. Reach out to our customer success team to learn more.
Holiday Support Hours
Our support team will enjoy a well-deserved break from December 24rd to January 5th. During this time, response times may be slower.
If you have urgent requests, please flag them, and we’ll prioritize accordingly. We will still have resources available for any truly urgent issues.
We wish you and your families a joyful holiday season and hope you return refreshed for an exciting 2026! Thank you for being a part of the Atria community. Here’s to another year of success together!
Warm regards, The Atria Team
